A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your pets place at Animotel; no booking is fixed until this payment is received.
Animotel accepts cash or cheque as payment. Please note we do not except cards. All cheque's must be received seven days before boarding is taking place.
The rest of the boarding fees must be made on the day of arrival at Animotel.
Pets should be brought in secure carriers at the arranged appointments.
Please consider travelling arrangements when booking to ensure you leave plenty of time to drop pets off.
Any medical history must be made clear to staff when booking to ensure we can accommodate any specific needs.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any pet that appears ill or has any health problems.
Rabbits must be vaccinated for myxomatosis and VHD, vaccination cards must be shown on the day of boarding. If this is forgotten then we can obtain these records from your vet at an additional fee of £5.00. - We reserve the right to refuse any rabbit not vaccinated for these diseases.
Any vet fees for any necessary treatments are at the owners’ expense, consent forms to authorise treatments must be signed on the day of boarding. Please advise your vet you are boarding with us.
All owners must leave two emergency contact details, please have this ready on the day of boarding to minimise any delay.
If your pet is being picked up by a friend or relative, please note we will not release any animal without notification from the owners.
During home visits Animotel can hold no responsibility for the security of your pets housing.
If you have arranged to supply your pets food during its stay, please ensure you have enough for the entire stay, otherwise an additional fee will be charged.
Any pet left seven days over its booking period will be handed over to an animal charity for re-homing.
